Created in 1984, the network of volunteering representatives is one of a kind in France: close to 300 volunteers of all ages and from all over France, EU coordinators or people in charge of associations, high school and college students, or simply energetic members of the community, all sharing a common interest in promoting the festival as well as getting special rates for friends, workmates and family members. Volunteers alone sell almost 40% of the festival's tickets. They are the only direct link between Printemps de Bourges and the general public. In exchange of their much valued collaboration, they are granted numerous benefits, thus becoming privileged members of the festival.

Le Printemps de Bourges welcomes around 250 food and craft stands. They are open-air stands located all around the site. Every year, more than 240,000 festival goers wander around the site and the city.
